Javier Diéguez takes part in the round table discussion at the conference 'Training in cybersecurity: solution or challenge?' organised by 42 Urduliz

We start July with the participation of Javier Diéguez in an interesting round table organised by the technology campus 42Urduliz, in the framework of the conference entitled ‘Training in cybersecurity: solution or challenge?’ This was opened by Ainara Basurko, Regional Deputy for Economic Promotion, and moderated by Sara Moraleda, from 42 Madrid, the counterpart centre located in the capital. Javier was joined by Gabriel Álvarez, from Telefónica Tech; Javier Carranza, from Fortinet, and Fátima Silva, a student at the 42 Urduliz centre. During the round table, participants discussed the future challenges of cybersecurity, training in this area, how to implement security audits and the risks associated with technological advances in the industry, among other topics. 42Urduliz is an initiative of Fundación Telefonica and the Provincial Council of Bizkaia, which aims to create talent in the field of programming with a free educational and, above all, innovative programme, based on self-learning and collaborative work with other Campus colleagues. Thus, 42Urduliz is accessed without any knowledge of code but with attitude, as to access it, a series of tests both online and in person need to be passed, with an approximate duration of one month.
